Return and Refund Policy

• Return window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Return cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Condition of items: Goods must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact.

• Processing time: Please allow 3–7 days for processing once we receive your return. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

• How to return: Email us at crystalgoddessbathandbody@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

• Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
