Shipping + Returns

Shipping Information

• Dispatch location: All orders are shipped from Crystal Goddess in Auckland, New Zealand, using overnight courier via NZ Post.

• Dispatch times: Orders are processed Monday to Friday all orders go out daily by 1pm.

• Delivery time:

• Auckland deliveries: 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

• North Island deliveries: 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

• South Island deliveries: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

• Rural deliveries: May take longer.

• Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched (please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it).

• Exclusions: We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns Policy

• Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Return cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Condition of items: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
